Experience the grandeur of the Railroad Era when you step inside and see the quality workmanship and restoration. Beautiful mahogany woodwork and turn of the century craftsmanship grace the interior. This is the ideal setting for family gatherings, special events, retreats or just to 'escape' from the mundane. Contains a master bedroom, two full size murphy beds in the family room, and an additional sleeping loft above the sauna. Sleeps 15, has 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, kitchen and seating for 24, we can get extra table if needed.

The depot is centrally located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan a short distance from the shore of Lake Superior.
What makes this property unique
The depot is located on the Iron Ore Heritage Trail system a 48 mile biking trail which includes some of the areas best single track mountain biking , ORV and snowmobile trails. Explore Negaunee Historic "Old Town" park, some of the finest antique stores or just a short drive to the beach of Lake Superior.
