Lovely home in a lovely vacation! It was great having a short, 5 minute walk to a beach that was not crowded. The owners provided beach chairs and towels for use, which was nice since we had flown to Savannah. Awesome to find a pool that was accurately described as "private" - our kids (teens) loved it. Our family had a really comfortable stay and we'd rebook without hesitation if we find outselves on Tybee again!

A beautiful, well-decorated 3 bedroom house with a pool. Spent five days in this charming home and enjoyed every minute. Maximum 5 minute walk to beach and even shorter to a great bar/restaurant. Owner was quick to answer the two questions I had. Big plus is that linens and towels are provided.

Book this rental. You will not be disappointed. We travel quite frequently and are blessed to see many great places around the world. This has to be one of the nicest and conveniant rentals we have booked . So we are avid soccer fans and were excited to be able to stream the World cup poolside. Unfortunatly the flat screen ,outside had gotten wet from a heavy storm ,before we arrived. But no worries, the owners had a technician buy a new tv and install within an hour. Unbelievable, we were able to watch the final two matches poolside after all. This level of attention to their guests , the Sonos sound system, the cleanliness of the house, & the close proximity to the secluded beach makes this rental shine. This will be our go to rental for Savannah/ TybeeEverytime.Geoffrey & Christy.

I'm also thankful we were able to get the TV replaced for you in short order so you could watch the World Cup games. I knew it was important to you. We love the Sonos sound system. We installed it at our personal home and it's great and very user friendly. Look forward to having you again sometime! Chris K

This house is beautiful and was perfect for a girls weekend. The beach access is within walking distance, and so are some cute shops and restaurants. It was rainy during our stay so we were glad to have the private pool to relax in, rain or shine. We had everything we needed available to us, and the host responded promptly to our questions. We have this house bookmarked for future Tybee-Savannah trips.

We were really impressed by this property. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. The location was very close to the beach and a short drive to what I would call downtown Tybee. There are restaurant options within walking distance. The water in the property had a unique smell…a little fishy. All and all this place met our expectations! The owner was very responsive and let us check in a little early. Highly recommend!

Thank you Brandi! It was a pleasure to accommodate you and your family! The location of our home is great and it's just a short walk to the Beach, shops, and restaurants. Unfortunately the City o Tybee water does have a little sulfur smell to it. We call it Tybe water! Smells the same at our three other properties as well. Hope to accompdate you again sometime!

Beautiful Cottage with private pool

So happy that we found this Tybee Island Gem! It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and steps away from the beach. The owner was very helpful in making us aware of all the amenities of the house. Beautiful home with modern design and new appliances. The private pool was a wonderful addition to the home. Perfect place to relax and unwind with family! We will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a fantastic stay and would return without hesitation — five stars across the board. The house is essentially brand new and it shows: spotless, clearly well cared for and stocked with just about everything you'd need. The location is a real strength. It sits close to what looks like the main road, but you'd never know it — the house is recessed down a hill and the interior stays genuinely quiet, so road noise was never a factor for us. The backyard pool is private, held a comfortable temperature through the summer and picked up nice afternoon shade that helped us cool off.The beach is a short walk — I clocked it around three or four minutes — and being around the corner from Tybean Coffee was a highlight we didn't expect to love as much as we did. Easy in-and-out from the island, comfortable beds, strong WiFi and a check-in/checkout process the hosts explained clearly.Christopher and Emily were terrific communicators — quick to answer questions and gracious about accommodating an early check-in.One small heads-up: the house is short on hangers, so pack a few (we bought a stack and left them behind, so maybe they'll still be there). Minor note on a place we loved — highly, highly recommend.

We loved our time at the Coral Cottage. Finding the cottage was super easy, Checking in was a breeze, and the house had everything we needed for a fun week on the island. The pool was great. The cottage was even cuter in person than in the pictures. The host sent so many recommendations for places to visit before we arrived - we found this so helpful! He was super responsive to all of my questions. If he will have us we will definitely be back!

Loved Our Stay! Great Pool & Walkable to Beach

We had a really fantastic stay at this brand new home on Tybee Island! The house is beautifully designed, exceptionally well-built, and was absolutely spotless upon arrival, showing how new and well-maintained it is.We loved the amenities here, especially having the private pool right at the house and being able to use the awesome sound system installed throughout. The location is truly perfect – it felt like we had easy access to everything, and the walk to the beach using the nearby path took us less than five minutes, which was exactly what we hoped for!The kitchen appliances are also really nice and great for cooking during our stay. While well-equipped overall, we did notice it could potentially use a couple more mid-sized pots and pans and some microwave-safe plates for future guests, but we had everything we needed during our visit. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!
