Relax and unwind in our charming canal front beach house, situated in a peaceful neighborhood
just steps away from the sandy shores. This spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers
comfortable accommodations for up to 11 guests.
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a stone
tiled fireplace, and plenty of natural light. The living room opens up to the dining room and
kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances,
solid surface countertops, and a breakfast nook table.
This home also features a sunroom that overlooks the canal and opens to a spacious deck. This
is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. There's also a dock so you can easily enjoy
kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or swimming.
You will love the crystal clear swimming pool, and hot tub, enclosed by a privacy fence that also
provides space for your four-legged friend to gallop and play.

The property needs a good cleaning. The windows look like they have not been cleaned in a couple of years. There are cob webs everywhere inside and out. The siding is dirty, and the deck needs to be power-washed and sealed. Several lights in the house were not working, and at least 70% of the lights under the deck were also out. Definitely will not be booking this property again, and I will think twice about booking with the rental company they used.

Thank you for your feedback Cheryl, I only wish you would've contacted us during your stay. Our homes are cleaned and inspected before check in. More often times than not this owner also visits the home before check in. Siding and Decks were really a challenge this year due to the unprecedented number of midge flies we had in the area. Most of our homes were being rinsed every other week. We certainly would have come down and addressed any issues you experienced and would've taken care of the exterior lights in a jiffy. We would've been more than happy to do whatever was necesssary to ensure your stay met your expectations. This is a really adorable beach cottage- I hate to see such a negative review :( without even knowing you were experiencing these issues.
