AWESOME game room, hot tub, very close to Pigeon Forge Parkway...Cozy 6 bedroom!
“GRINNIN BEARS” is a spacious 6-bedroom, 6 full bath deluxe log cabin located only minutes from Dollywood and all of the shows, attractions, and great eating spots in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is a great cabin for a Church Group, Family Reunion or any large group get-together for a relaxed, fun vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized range and microwave. Enjoy HD cable TV with WI-FI. There are two large screened in porches with two large hot tubs (one has room for six people) and a commercial sized gas grill. The Master Bedroom has a full bath plus a two person Jacuzzi tub. Everyone will enjoy the large game room with a Foosball Table, Giant Connect 4 game and an Air Hockey Table! A large “gathering room” on the lower level has a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and an extra large TV screen to watch those special sports events. Clothes washer and dryer are located just off of the game room. This is a place you will hate to leave!!!
Grinnin Bears is not pet friendly, and is a non smoking cabin. Parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicle.

● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
