We bought the farm in Sept 2015 and lived in the old farmhouse for 2 years while we built the black house on the hill. We love renting to returning guests, families, locals that need more room, skiers, hikers, wedding guests, and explorers of the North East Kingdom.

Why they chose this property

This part of VT is wild and natural. There are no tourist traps here!
We came here for the areas natural beauty and found the most beautiful of all are the people! Generations have owned and lived off the lands up here for centuries. Only recently have the Amish moved into the area.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in many ways. The views are to die for! The farmhouse has a spaciousness that you will notice as soon as you enter. Trails on the property create a private hiking, or skiiing experience of peace and solitude

Our farm was purchased from the children of Nellie and Leo Davignon who ran a dairy farm here from the late 40's to the late 60's. It has been farmed for it's hay ever since.
