We provide our yard to our guests to make it easier to bring their dogs while traveling, being dog lovers ourselves, we understand the importance of bringing our dogs with us as they are part of the family. This is why our home is dog friendly, meaning we don't even profit for allowing your dogs in our home, because we appreciate being able to go somewhere where we don't have to pay extra to bring them. Given that our yard is dedicated to dogs, please understand that not all yard has grass, as dogs run, scratch and pee on it and that damages it. Our yard is not meant to be a picture perfect experience, but rather a safe place for our guests to bring their dog companions. We like to disclose this to set expectations, so guests know that our yard is not professionally manicured. We do our best to cut and keep it clean weather permitting, or guests allowing entry to the property, if our property is being utilized, as some guests sometimes want their privacy and will not allow entry to our crew.

CLEANING *
Our home is sanitized thoroughly with 325 degree steam from our mattresses to our furniture as well as bathrooms, kitchen and floors. All our linens are washed and dried in high temperature to provide our guests with the upmost sanitized linens and towels.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are ideally located within minutes of Charlotte's downtown, South End, Panthers Stadium, Spectrum Arena, Charlotte airport and major interstates that connect you quickly to anywhere you want to go. Our home is located in a cul de sac. The neighborhood is in an up and coming gentrified area with new apartment buildings and homes being remodeled every day, there is a combination of new expensive homes as well modest homes and businesses of all kinds which is expected in areas around downtown of a growing city such as Charlotte.

If you don’t feel comfortable in a mixed/gentrified area, we appreciate your interest in our home and would like to suggest our guests to look for accommodations in another area.

IMPORTANT:
Our home is located within a mile of a railroad crossing, and as such, if you are outside in the front or backyard, you will hear the train whistle a few times. Inside our home you will hear a faint noise of the trains whistle as it passes.
As an added accommodation, we provide sound sleep machines for all our bedrooms in case we have light sleepers.

PLEASE NOTE:
WE HAVE A RING DOORBELL AND RING FLOOD CAMERA BOTH FACING THE STREET, AND THE PARKING AREA THAT RECORD ON MOTION 24/7. PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATED AND ARE SUBJECT TO RESERVATION CANCELATION AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL PLUS FINES AND CHARGES FOR ANY DAMAGES.

We require an official ID texted to us upon reserving. You are welcome to black out all sensitive information, all we need is a picture, name and zip code.

The BIG NO NO's
Parties and Gatherings are Strictly forbidden, if you are planning a party or a gathering, this is not the home for you, as your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and VRBO will ask you to vacate, please save your money, this is not the home for parties.
Guests: Only the guests in your reservation allowed at any time in our home.
Smoking: No smoking of any kind in our property
Noise: quiet times 9:00 pm to 9:00 am

Please note that we respect our neighbors and will not tolerate any disturbance to our neighborhood or our neighbors peace.
