This Evanston house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a cozy bunk bed. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood within walking distance to downtown, this lovely property offers WiFi, and a washing machine with dryer. Guests can unwind in the soothing ambiance of the living space. Enjoy all that Evanston has to offer when you stay at our place. House also includes a BBQ with a patio and a fully fenced yard. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles, one of which is a covered car port. This house does not have Central AC, but does have a portable unit staged in the living room and does a decent job of keeping the home cool.
