We are conveniently located off I-49 and Central Ave putting us close to many attractions! We are within walking/biking distance to Bentonville's best attractions such as Cyrstal Bridges, Downtown Bentonville, The Amazeum, Memorial Park, Orchards Park, 8th St Market, Handcut Hollow, Slaughter Pen Trail, & more! Our property is family friendly and pet friendly with applicable pet fees ($75/stay).



The Space:

This property is perfect for families, couples or corporate guests (remote work friendly). Park your vehicle in the garage attached to the property (which also includes a tornado shelter) which allows parking for one vehicle spaciously. Tesla charger also available in garage! Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room! The dining room includes a comfortable, modern dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and baking trays for your use and enjoyment! All smart TV's allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite show, sports game, or movie! Cable service is not provided.
