The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before Checkout Please take all trash to the collection area, where the garbage truck is located near the entrance off Highway 18 (Rim of the World High School). A $150 fee may apply if left behind.
Furniture: Guests may move furniture as needed during their stay. Please ensure all furniture is returned to its original location prior to checkout. Failure to do so may result in a $200 fee.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Your safety is our priority. Please keep children supervised at all times throughout your stay on our property.

Plenty of space and seating for our teen plus family of 13. Lots of beds and shared baths and showers. Well equipped kitchen plus island for easy prep by several “chefs.” We could easily seat all of us around the dining table. Although there were plenty of beds, mattresses definitely need to be replaced! Several complaints of quality issues and even severe discomfort.?

The house was spacious and roomy, with ample parking. However, things didn’t always work. There was trash on the grounds from the previous tenants when we arrived. The refrigerator wasn’t keeping our items cool, we had to leave drinks outside to keep them cool. The upstairs master toilet seat was not attached and would slide off the toilet when you sat on it. shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the master shower were not attached to the wall and we’re just sitting on the floor. Several doors did not shut and lock completely. The pots and pans were stored on the floor in the pantry. The bedsheets on the master bed were not properly attached to the bed. The outside grounds were generally unmaintained and we had a little mouse we saw several time running around the kitchen. We eventually caught it and released it outside. If you’re looking for low quality, but lots of space, bedrooms, and parking this would be OK. But its over priced for what you get.
