Incredible view, great location

The apartment we booked with Garrett ended up being double booked. Garrett went out of his way to help us find a similar apartment in the same complex (that happened to have the best view of the water in the entire complex). Garrett was responsive, fair, and we would definitely rent from him again!

Great location and amenities for a beach vacation

Many thanks to Garrett for hosting us this last weekend. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable. The room air conditioning units worked very well. The rest of the condo did not need AC due to the ocean breeze. We would have liked to have had an iron but not that big of a deal. Also washcloths included with the towels ( we had to buy some ), but this is also minor. All the appliances worked well. The beds were especially comfortable.

Beautiful!

This place was amazing. It was easy to get to from the highway, a 5 minute walk from the dunes (which are gorgeous and a must-see), a 20-30 minute walk from downtown Commercial Street, and right across from the beach! We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to sit out on the porch and enjoy the ocean view. The interior of the apartment was tastefully decorated (and clean!) and comfortably accommodated the few guests we had stay over as well as the others that came just for dinner! All of the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Garrett was also very accessible and welcoming! I would recommend this place 100%

A really enjoyable week

Stayed with 2 other friends during Provincetown carnival week. Our condo was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. It even had a fold out dining table so we were able to have dinner with a couple other friends who were in town. The breeze that was rolling off the bay was a nice addition. Easy beach access, plenty of parking, and perfect weather made it a week to remember. Would Definitely consider this place again for my next trip
