This is a unit that is located in East Knoxville about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about 20-25minutes to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is a guesthouse that has a private bedroom, one full bathrooms, and a full kitchen to cook in during your stay plus an air mattress you can set up in the living area. It does have another house on the property that is rented out so this is more perfect for a quiet family than someone who anticipates making lots of noise during their stay.

The house was clean and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, there were not enough linens and blankets included for the queen size air mattress. There were two pillows, a top sheet, and a single twin size blanket. We searched the house for any spares, sent message to the host, and did not receive a response until the next morning. Recommend bringing your own blankets to be safe if you are staying with more than two people.

First impression wasn’t great. A few of the windows had broken blinds on them. The house smelled like weed when we walked in. We had to air it out. There were two burn stains on the coffee table. The couch had so many stains on it that we never sat on it. It made us question the cleanliness of the bedroom. The sheets smelled clean. The pillows were awful. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows and blanket. Overall, it was fine. We were only booked for a one night stay. It served its purpose but I would not recommend to others.

i love the lay out of the house and everything about it the vibes were amazing and the bed was so comfortable love the rolling barn doors the rustic look was everything the water pressure wasn’t all that great and the house wouldn’t stay as warm as i would have liked but other than that a great stay over all enough room for me my fiance and our two big dogs it was so close to everything town and interstate was like 5 - 10 min away which was ideal

Knox Dream

This little Scandinavian Suite is perfect for couples and even small families! Quiet stay, with quick and easy access to main thoroughfares. Would definitely stay again, hosts were gracious and helpful!

Great for a short stay

This was the perfect little spot for a one night stay. We didn’t get to use the kitchen but it looked well equipped and the living room was cozy. Overall a very cute place and happy to have booked/stayed. I rated 4 instead of 5 stars because the bathroom had some damage to the flooring that felt a little sketchy and the bed was moderately comfortable, although the pillows were not great. Kristy was very kind and communicative.

The place was beautiful, it looked just like the pictures. The only thing I will say is part of the blinds on the front window were broken off. There also wasn’t any blinds on the front door, so people could see in at night if we had the lights on. Other than that, not bad for a 1 night stay. Host was very communicative.

Weekend with adult kids

Very clean and updated. Hard to find a nice place to meet our daughter and her husband because they have 4 dogs. This property is pet friendly and made our trip easy and comfortable.

This property was unacceptably dirty upon check in. The floor is dirty. The sofa has stains and smells. The comforter smells sour, as if it had been washed but not dried. The soap for dishes is watered down, and there's no rags or sponges to clean with, which implies that we are drinking out of dirty cups. The mirror in the bathroom is dirty, and the shower floor had not been cleaned. This place was quiet and conveniently located, but I should not have to play a cleaning fee for a property that was extremely dirty upon arrival. I recommend looking elsewhere if you're planning a trip to Knoxville.

Dogwood Arts

Overall...it met our needs (a keurig, comfortable bed and grassy areas and the price was right). The bathroom still has a very bad soft spot, also you have to step up to the bathroom. Lots of grassy area for the pets. The location was easy to find and only a short distance to downtown Knoxville (several ways to get there). Thank you for sharing your place and accepting pets.

Issues need resolving

I hope the host resolves the issues I encountered before the next guests arrive. Compared with all other rentals I’ve stayed at, this did not meet my basic expectations.
