Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV or prepare delicious meals in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with sleek appliances and ample counter space. Whether it’s a seafood feast or your morning coffee on the private balcony, you’ll find everything you need here.

The Primary bedroom offers a King bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep as you listen to the waves. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed. This condo also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, keeping your beachwear fresh is a breeze. Sugar Beach 228 is the ideal retreat for your next beach adventure! Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach. Additional Pass can be purchased on site for $35.

Convenience to everything!

The location and condo were fantastic. We enjoyed staying here. Management was quick to handle a small situation we had, understandably because the building is older. The only issue we had was the elevators. One elevator was in the process of being replaced and the other one kept breaking during our stay. This made going up and down with a wagon or stroller more difficult. Other than that, we enjoyed the beach convenience and the 4 pools! Would definitely stay here again.
