About this property

Taurus cottage provides spacious accommodation with a separate lounge, dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, appliance to make toasted sandwiches. The large, modern, sunny bathroom has a bath, shower basin with cupboards underneath and a toilet. The bedroom has a King size bed with a work station (desk and chair), occasional chair and plenty of cupboard storage. The Cottage has an outside Alfresco area, perfect for enjoying a breakfast and a sun-downer, with fantastic mountain views. The Cottage is also equipped with a Hairdryer, Satellite Television and uncapped Wi-Fi.
The Cottage is a securely located.
Also has high security with 10 strand electric fencing all the way around the house. Own private parking within our secure grounds. Access with your own remote.

Guests have the use of a private entrance and are provided with remote controlled access to secure, parking in our grounds.
Taurus Place is situated in a tranquil, well established and manicured garden, with top security. It is within close proximity of the airport, Cape Town's City Centre, W&A Waterfront, Theater, Magnificient beaches, Drives to Cape Point, Chapman's Peak, Silvermine Nature Reserve, visiting the Penquins, Whale watching, Shark Cage diving, Game Reserves, Table Mountain cable car, lovely walks in the forests and in all mountains around. Hospitals, Golf courses, Winelands, Kirstenbosch gardens, Casino, Cinemas, Re-hab Centers, Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadium, University of Cape town and many other interesting tourist interests. Smoking is outside only. Children are welcome.

I love the Cape there is no place like it in the world and I have had the previledge of travelling to many Countries. It certainly does have everything. A twenty minute drive and you out in the Country. I love the mountains, walking, photography, art, theatre, dance, tennis, golf, pilates, yoga. In general the outdoor activities that Cape Town has to offer of which there are many.

Why they chose this property

Exceptional value for money. Quiet, secure and secluded Suburb and yet quick access to all amenities and tourist attractions in the Cape. I have always enjoyed living in Cape Town and especially in Kenilworth as we don't loose the sun as quickly as some of our other suburbs. It is so diverse and has a lot to offer for all traveller's being so centrally situated. I do hope that I can live in my beautiful home as long as life will allow me to. When travelling abroad I long for my home and can't be away from it for longer than two weeks as this is my haven and special sanctuary. I feel at peace here. I have lived in the Cape for 39 years after living in many of our other Provinces, but there is nothing to beat it!

Easy access to all Tourist interests. The Cottage #4245303 is one level. Lovely Mountain & garden views. Use of large under cover patio and pool facing the Mountain. Pool in full sun all day. We have high white walls with 10/8 strand electric fencing all around our property. Yours and our security is important to us. Secure parking in our grounds for two cars. We are very centrally located to all highways for access to major highways and access to Cape Town City center, Waterfront, all beaches, vineyards, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Hospitals, Rehab Centers, Table mountain, picnic areas, viewing the penguins, shark diving, game reserves, theatre, golf courses, the world of birds, bird watching, easy and difficult walks, fields of spring flowers, restaurants to cater for all tastes, cinema, magnificent drives all around the Peninsula, including Champman's Peak and Cape Point, both surfing and kite surfing and many more place of interest. That is why Cape Town is such a beautiful city for all tourists to visit. There are so many different interesting sites to see and visit. Too many for just one holiday!!
