Come launch your boats and kayaks 1 mi to Lake Winnipesaukee, 5.5 mi to downtown Wolfboro, 4 mi to Mount Major trail, 1.2 mi to Cotton Hurd Brook hiking, 1mi to Alton Bay beach and boat launch and ice fishing, 2.6 miles to Foster’s Tavern and local restaurants, 6.8 miles to Gunstock, 3.9 mi Hannafords (grocery) and 3.9mi to Dunkin’ Donuts and minutes away ice cream and mini golf. 18 beautiful miles to weirs beach in Laconia .Plenty of room on property for your boat .also for an extra fee you can rent a pontoon boat with captain to enjoy the lake and sandbars.
