Beautiful Room

The room is beautiful clean and big space with nice view nice pool lagoon which my son love it. I like the idea the host provide beach chair which is really great. The issue we got in the room is the remote tv its not working to press side to side to watch YouTube or Netflix and we tried to call the staff they never came to our room until we check out and also they dont provide telephone to dial if you need assistance you gonna use your own cellphone to call them which terrible. For the condo itself don't have enough cart to use for the guest to check in and check out if you need a cart you need to go security to barrow their cart and leave your ID which is makes no sense. It's terrible especially if you have kids with you and bunch of stuff to carry into your room. I recommend if you stay on this condo make sure you bring your own cart Because dont have enough security only have 4 carts and i dont know about the condo itself i never seen one.

We also appreciate your comments about the beach chairs and the nice view. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the TV remote and the communication with our team. We understand that we asked for permission to enter the property to address the remote control issue but did not receive a response, and we’re truly sorry for this. We want to clarify that this condo does not provide a telephone, and it does not operate as a hotel. The front desk is managed by the HOA, not the direct rental company. However, you are able to contact us via phone, text, or directly through the site you booked from. Regarding the carts, they are provided by the HOA, and during peak check-in hours, it may be harder to find one. Thank you for your recommendations, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a more seamless experience.
