Pros:- Amazing private area of beach. Well maintained and towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. - indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor had two separate pools: one regular one and one for toddler. - beds are very comfortableCons:- Pet policy at the hotel doesn’t match what is listed on VRBO. Pets are only allowed in the cottages not in the rooms that were booked. The management gave us an exception thankfully but made the start of the stay a bit stressful. - The rooms are nice but not well cleaned. The floors in the rooms look like they’re wood laminate which is fine but if you walk around barefoot, your feet would be dark from the grime on the floor. Felt like the cleaning staff vacuumed but didn’t mop. With a toddler it made it difficult. - bathroom had no ventilation so smelled mildewy all the time. Also no traction in the shower/tub so slipping was a big concern with elderly/children
