The Condo is located in Wailea on the south shore which is the most exclusive neighborhood in the Hawaiian islands , so very safe and located near all the finest resorts in a very quiet area and easy to find. The pool is a 1 to 2 minute walk from the Condo and from the pool and an amazing Ocean view and if you walk down the hill through the property you can access Keawakapu beach one of the nicest beaches on the island, if you walk to the left you will arrive at the Andaz Hotel and you can continue walking passed all of the hotels and the beautiful beaches in front of them and if you want to spend time at any of them just stop in and have a drink or have something to eat.The Condo is1120 Sq Ft interior and an indoor/outdoor Lanai perfect is for outdoor Dining with windows directly into the kitchen.

All of the Art on the wall are from photos I have taken and and displayed on non-clear acrylic and high gloss and semi gloss metal to create my own personal gallery and all of the art on the walls is for sale and can be ordered in any size you would like and can choose between acrylic, metal, or framed. The works of art that’s her on acrylic our best shown with Gallery lighting which I have throughout the apartment on dimmers if you don’t have that type of lighting at home your best choice would be to go with high gloss metal.
In September 2020 the unit was freshly painted, there is a gorgeous new sofa, new 65 inch Sony Bravia smart TV that connects to the Bose acoustic mass 10 surround sound system that is amazing for the ultimate video and sound experience and so easy to use, just hit the power button on the Sony remote and you have access to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video and Spotify to name a few.
All the rugs are new inside and out along with the cushions on the indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a new spirit weber barbecue for the grill lovers out there!
Bring your own water bottles and enjoy Aquasauna‘s filtered water with a pH of 8.5.
The filtered water faucet is on the kitchen sink, but please place your water bottles in the kitchen sink and not on the counter because the flow is slow and you may forget about it and the water will end up on the kitchen floor which is already caused some damage so please let’s not damage them any further.
The apartment is a contemporary designed decor and features my original photography. The photography is displayed in either a non-glare acrylic or on a high gloss or semi gloss metal and are all available for purchase. They can be purchased in any size you desire and I would recommend that if you don’t have that type of lighting and dimmers that I have in the condo to go with a high gloss metal where they will not need the extra lighting. If you do happen to have gallery lighting in your home then going with the non-glare acrylic can be more exciting because the non-glare pieces are light absorbent and become brighter with the more light you give them.
There are vaulted ceilings in the bedroom painted sky blue and they’re also lit up with lighting to make the room seem larger and to bring the live the blue ceiling that is 20feet high. There is a new Beautyrest king-size pillow top mattress that is firm and I always make sure that there are feather pillows and new sheets for your comfort, the master toilet has a bidet and the shower has a new high flow Speakmen shower head along with a water filter and second hand held shower and most importantly on those hot evenings there is a split unit AC in the bedroom only, but to be honest it’s rare you will need it since the temperature is drops by 20 to 30° in the evenings in Maui.
The kitchen is equipped with a new stainless steel microwave, oven along dishwasher and a glass cooktop along with a new washer and dryer and anything else you can think of that you would need in the kitchen is there at your fingertips.
There is an indoor outdoor terrace with a gas grill and two new chaise lounges and a dining table perfect for your outdoor dining experience.
You can watch the sunrise of Haleakala from the terrace and a small ocean view of Molokini and Kahoolawe through the Monkey Pod trees
The pool is a two minute walk from the unit which is a great place for sunsets, or enjoying the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi not to mention it’s just a 10 minute walk to the beach.

It’s five minute drive to the shops at Wailea and major hotels like the Grand Wailea and four seasons including the Fairmont Kealani.

The beach below The condo is called Keawakapu which is one of the longest walking beaches on the island from there you can walk North to the Five Palms restaurant which has a great happy hour or south to the Andaz hotel and all the hotels along the strip.

If you are a golfer Wailea Blue and Emerald courses are world class and steps away.
