Take a early or afternoon fresh walk in or safe gated community or around the golf course walk way.
This is a two bedroom villa, that perfectly fits 2 adult couple with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Kids are always welcome and a sofa bed at the living room is available. You will always enjoy a large patio when cooking BBQ.
The Beautiful Arashi Beach is just 5 minutes away by car do not forget to stop in the way at Tres Trapi beach to see the turtles.

As in out native tongue, Bon Bini! (welcome). We are very happy that our guest decide to visit our beautiful peaceful island. We are a couple who love traveling around and meet people. We Try to do our best for our guests. If you are into water sport just let me know in advance, specially when you are a kite surfer! Enjoy your stay and bare in mind we run a property and we are not experienced hotel managers, we will glad to assist you at any problem, please keep open communication.

Tierra del sol is a prestige community, very safe and quiet, It has has services for thouse who come to chill out, enjoy at at the Club house, have a near by restaurant and bar. It is perfect for having walks, play golf, meet people and relax at the spa.
What makes this property unique
We are located in a gated quiet community. There is not heavy traffic in the surrounds and the street is a closed end. Very windy to refresh while enjoying the large Patio. Casinos and restaunrats are less than 10 minutes there ride. The community has its luxurius restaurants, bars, spa and golf course. Arashi beach is 5 minutes drive away. Neighborhood is very quite. no street noise.
