Host was very responsive and provided a nice resort style pool and view as well as all the amenities in the Casita that you could ever want very happy!
We just spent a week in this great find in Escondido. Hidden away in great location with views, comfortable and all amenities well provided. Host responded quickly with any questions. Would definitely stay again
This hidden gem surpassed our expectations for a relaxing getaway! The pictures provided were already beautiful but to be there in person was something i can't describe. Location was perfect, everything within 15 minutes and the actual location breathtaking!
Beautiful and immaculately clean space. Very quiet and peaceful at night and in the morning. Great views of the western horizon. The hot tub is very powerful and effective. Even though it is a shared property, it is quite private. I never saw or heard anyone else. I would rent again if ever in Escondido again.
We had a wonderful stay at this Escondido Casita. The hosts were fantastic—checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, but never intrusive. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for.The Casita itself was perfect for our needs. I’m currently living with Stage 4 cancer, and mornings can be very challenging for me. The thoughtful floor plan allowed me to sleep in and rest peacefully while my husband could move about without disturbing me. The bedroom was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door for privacy. The bathroom had a large layout with double sinks, plus the bonus of a laundry room right there. The extra half bath was a great convenience as well.Everything was spotless, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. We’re so grateful for our time at this Escondido Casita…would highly recommend this VRBO.

About the host

I grew up in Southern California. I was in the US Navy, stationed in San Diego. My wife, Carolyn, is a SF Bay Area native, who came to here to attend SDSU. We both loved it so much, we decided to make it our permanent home! We are both semi-retired....we were business owners, and now work part-time. We enjoy visiting our sons in Arizona (both in college), traveling the globe, and camping in our RV with our dogs. If you choose our home, you'll see us around. We live on the property, and love to chat with guests!
Why they chose this property
