Have fun together over a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen in the attached dining room. Relax in the comfortable family room with a flat screen tv. Play games and do puzzles together. Get the good night sleep you deserve in this peaceful, comfortable home.

Sleeps 2 - 12: two Queens, one Bunkbed, Couches can sleep 8 more (lines, pillows and blankets provided at no additional cost).

Bathroom has large shower. Laundry included. Only 6 blocks to Benedictine College and 7 blocks to downtown Atchison. Pets welcome!

What a cute, clean and beautiful little house. We could walk to adoration and it was so quaint and cozy. We didn’t want to leave! Kelly was so easy to talk to and get a hold of.

Amazing property close to campus

Our family of eight had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire house was decorated in a simple, modern style. The empty lot next door was perfect for kids and pup to play. Planning to stay again during our kids’ college years at BC.

Our daughter plays soccer for Benedictine College. We bought this house because it's six blocks from Legacy Field. We love walking along the red bricks under the large trees to her games.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the trees and the large yard. It's only 6 blocks to campus and 7 blocks to downtown.

What makes this property unique

The home is a pleasant mixture of old architectural details with high ceilings and thick crown molding but updated throughout. Although convenient to everything, the home is quiet and restful.
