The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash: Please take all garbage to the main receptacle at the front of the property. The key is on the key ring. Switch off all AC units and lights, including the porch light, and close all windows.
Keys & security: Lock the black front gate and return the keys and gate clicker to the lockbox using your original code. Please double-check for personal belongings before leaving 🔑💳🪪👜.
Couch and carpet will be inspected. Stains or strong scents will result in a $150 deep-cleaning fee. If anything was accidentally damaged or broken, please send me a quick photo before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
