Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located house. Enjoy your stay where the mountain meets the Skyline. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Dardanelle with star-filled night skies. Being on the back side of the mountain eliminates light pollution from the city. Take a walk, just one mile from Lake Dardanelle State Park. A quick trip down the mountain gives you access to Russellville shops and restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with natural habitat.
The space
3 bedroom home(blackout blinds in 1 bedroom for day sleepers) with 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry room, living room, Den, back patio, grill, fire pit and wifi. Beautiful star filled skies and sunsets over Lake Dardanelle. Little to no light pollution.
Guest access
Access to whole house, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with outdoor space in the front and back. Private driveway with one car carport.
Other things to note
Great location close to water for fishing tournaments on Lake Dardanelle. One mile from Lake Dardanelle State park.

You can use the west side yard (single axle) and behind the house to turn around your vehicle and trailer. Plenty of room and ground is solid.
