Discover the beauty of Leblon Rio de Janeiro from this lovely 2-bedroom flat in a secured building. The flat is super quiet & yet locate next to everything you need: the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tube station. The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (pull-out bed), perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like a washing machine, equipped kitchen & AC, you'll feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet for your convenience. Enjoy all that Leblon Rio de Janeiro has to offer when you stay at our place. Checkin times from 4pm to 9pm; checkout times from 8 to 10am. Guests have a 200 Reais allowance for gas & electricity (which is more than enough). The building has security so we need IDs and car details upfront. We have one parking space available for our guests. New Years & Carnival we require a minimum 7 nights stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! The apartment is in a fantastic location, and the highlight was that Martha kindly allowed us a late checkout. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only minor points were that the soap provided was a bit limited, and the furniture had protective covers that weren’t shown in the photos but overall, these were small details compared to the great experience we had
