Welcome to Beaver Creek Landing offering amazing amenities including air conditioning, year around heated pool, fitness center, game tables and located just steps away from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Chair Lift!

**Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!

As you make your way into the unit, you are welcomed by an open living area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has everything needed to make a delicious meal and refuel after a day out on the slopes.

Off the kitchen you will find a dining area which accommodates six with extra seating for four on the breakfast bar. The front porch is located here as well, the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and breathe in crisp mountain air. The open living area has cozy couches to unwind next to the fireplace after a long day of adventures. This fantastic 2 bedroom + den set as a bedroom sleeps up to eight guests very comfortably. The den offers a flat screen TV, comfy queen bed, and en-suite bathroom with glass and tile shower.

The guest bedroom is set with two relaxing queen beds, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a glass and tile shower. The master bedroom is outfitted with an inviting king bed, desk, flat panel TV and en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks and vanity, separate soaking tub, and glass and tile shower. All beds offer luxe mattresses and hotel quality linens so you get the best nights rest!

Enjoy easy ski in/out access to the Lower BC Express Chairlift. This unit is also on the first level making it simple to bring your luggage in. Additional amenities include in-unit stacked washer/dryer, underground parking, games tables in the lobby, two hot tubs, and resort shuttle. No matter the season, B107 BC Landing is the best choice for your next destination vacation!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The condo was great!! Plenty of dishes to cook our meals. Room to eat and play games at table. Location was convenient to town (coffee and ice cream) and the drive to attractions were beautiful.

Check-in was easy. The condominium is very convenient to getting on the chairlift, the ticket office, and the rental place. Full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Comfortable, well located condo

The property was very comfortable, well maintained, clean and in a great location. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. I'd recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again next year.

We absolutely loved BC Landing. Great condo and super convenient to lift. The onsite amenities were AWESOME and we would definitely return. Cannot recommend enough.

Really nice 2.5 bed / 3 bath ground floor property with great ski-in/ski-out access. Everything was great. Only tick is you have to crank your head to look up at the living room TV perched high above the fireplace.

Great property!

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures show. When arriving you walk-in and immediately feel right at home. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped to cook whatever you want, and every bedroom had its own bathroom which was wonderful. The location is great for whatever you want to do, hiking, horseback riding, shopping, golf, skiing, ice skating (etc). We were very close to the pool and hot tubs, which we used at night. This place is worth every penny.

Lovely stay

This condo was absolutely fantastic. Stellar location Comfy bed and sheets Incredibly clean! I was a little concerned when I didn’t see instructions on checkin. But…Sky Run sets up a text thread and does a good job of responding. After office hours may take a bit longer for response, but they get back to me and okayed what o asked for without any problem. Would highly recommend and hope to return sometime!

Would have been nice, but tons of construction in our view.

Rented this place 6 months in advance. Assuming they had no knowledge of total construction & obstruction of our view, noise, trash, etc... until was too late to cancel. Roof repairs next door, our deck with trash, trash from construction site where I couldn't open blinds, men standing at all windows, running generators at 7 am... was a disaster. Swimming pool had a crane sitting above it for days! I've never been so disappointed in rentals in Colorado and we rent 5 times a year. Lost power 3 times, air conditioner out for 2 days... goes on and on. Unit itself inside was as described, beds comfortable, and lots of amenities. But I would have never rented had we been advised of ongoing construction. Was so trashed up outside, we didn't want to cook out! SkyRentals was very responsive to all out needs & did get them to clean up outside each day, etc., but it was just disappointing as we go there to see outdoors, outside and enjoy the views!

Host was responsive. Loved the proximity to the lift. The ski locker was great. Very close to unit and door to outaide. This year there was not much snow so we could not ski to lift but can imagine the ease of getting to the lift if there was snow. The unit was quiet and stocked with enough plates and silverware.
