The condo features 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and an additional office space with a desk & queen portable bed. 72" TV. Completely furnished including linens & cooking utensils. You'll have all the comforts of home with amenities like a washer, dryer, AC, WiFi, heating, & a hair dryer. Whether you're relaxing in the beautiful living area, enjoying our neighborhood beach park or exploring the terrific local attractions this charming condo is the perfect home base for your Naples getaway. Applicant approval is required through the condominium association. There's a $150 application fee & an executed rental agreement must be attached to the online application. All rentals are subject to approval. It takes 14 days for application approval.

Why they chose this property
We love Parkshore's location with the convenience to many restaurants, the grocery & shopping within walking distance. 5th Ave Mercato are a 15 minute drive away. The beach park membership is awesome and offers restrooms, outdoor showers & parking.
What makes this property unique
This condo building is quiet and low key. It's a mile to the beach park (a membership pass is provided). Beautiful Venetian Village is across the street from our beach park where the restaurants and upscale shops are.
