We choose this house for its location less than 10 minutes from WPI with enough beds for everyone in our family. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in was simple. The house was clean and ready for our use, including a stash of toiletries (very appreciated as one kid forgot their toothbrush). Bonus was beautiful weather to enjoy waking pass the lake and around the neighborhood.
The spot was a perfect location for what we needed. Well appointed and cozy. Unfortunately, when we got there the heat was not on (and it was a freezing cold December day). The owner told us where a portable heater was but our stay was still cold. We learned after leaving that the boiler was not working properly. It was no one's fault.

So unfortunate about the furnace. It was repaired right after your stay. If you choose to stay again, I will give you a fantastic deal.
