Spacious 5-bedroom house in the heart of Charlotte...close to everything!

Located in Wesley Heights, a neighborhood next to Uptown Charlotte, our home is in a perfect location to get to everything Uptown has to offer (walkable!), a <10 minute drive to NoDa, Plaza Midwood, South End and Dilworth, and a 1 minute drive to hop on I-77 to get to the suburbs. It's a unicorn property because of it's proximity to Uptown CLT, the ability to host 9 people with a great outdoor space. The house is 5 minutes from a Greenway that has a miles long trail. Bank of America Stadium is 1 mile (~20 minute walk) from the house by way of the beautiful Greenway.

Each bedroom is very spacious, and the two large full bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms upstairs make it a great spot for large groups. You'll have extra blankets and pillows to make sure you're comfortable during your stay. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom with a huge shower and spacious closet. There are two rooms with queen beds and one room with a twin on the second floor, and a room with a double bed on the third floor. There's plenty of space between the rooms to give you some privacy.

The gorgeous kitchen is well appointed and a great space to cook for a group. The kitchen table can seat 6 and there is a leaf that can be inserted to add two more seats. The island can seat 4.

The deck is in the back of the home and has a 4-person table, 4 adirondack chairs and a bench for your group to hang out. Turn on the overhead twinkle lights, fire up the grill for dinner and then enjoy a fire to make s'mores with the Solo Stove.
