Great Overall

Very presentable and a beautiful stay. It was right on the beach, with a back porch exit which provides the best access and kept the house free from sand. There was a significant ant concern throughout the kitchen, caninets, cupboards and dining/living room, there were traps already present, but didn't help. Some of the beds /mattresses were quite dated and uncomfortable. It was a quiet and warm week on the beach, so glad to have rented this house!! Mgmt company was very helpful and communicative! Pleasure! Overall a great stay I would highly recommend

The house is older, but decently maintained. Rooms were clean. We experienced very high tides during our week long stay and the driveway became unusable, except as our beach, lol. The surf deposited about 3 feet of sand in the driveway. Management did reach out and help us find other places to park that the vehicles were safe. A couple concerns we had were addressed quickly, remotes not working, not tips on the pool sticks. Hot tub is well maintained and clean. Overall, the house was great, weather and tides can't be blamed on the management company.

The house was beautiful. The sofa and some wood on the top deck need updating but not dangerous. There was some stain on the second floor middle bedroom carpet ( mold?). There was a few random ants. The floor around the pool table was ‘soft’ and a concern. The house has beautiful views from every window. Our visit was cut short due to a serious family emergency- so we left early and had support from the rental company. The hot tub and access to the beach was spectacular. Beach chairs to use would have been nice- or even knowing they weren’t avail and needed to be rented. I would love to stay again!
