The home was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s last living protégé, and features mid-century elements blended with today’s modern design skills and materials.

Located in South Palm Springs, surrounded by breathtaking vistas of the spiritual Indian Canyons lays this contemporary-designed dream home on the 6th fairway of a premier golf course. The home includes three designer bedrooms and spacious indoor-outdoor living with 18 foot ceilings and many stunning views from every room.

Guest can also enjoy the refreshing saline pool, spa, and lush landscaped of the outdoor living set against the majestic backdrop of the mountains and fairway. For avid hikers, some of the best hiking trails in the Coachella Valley are located within in the Indian Canyons Reserve nearby.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a media room. There are 2 primary suites, one with a vaulted ceilings, a large sandstone 2 Primary Suites: First with 18-foot ceilings, enormous sandstone shower, and a jetted tub. The second also offers a bathroom and generous walk-in closets.

The estate is hedged, gated, and very private with 4,000 square feet of sophisticated living space on over half an acre lot. This residence is a quintessential Palm Springs only minutes from local entertainment, premiere shopping, and many dining options nearby.

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.

Long weekend getaway

Great location, private property. Well appointed and very clean. It had everything we needed, lots of space for the whole family. Really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again.

Didn't want it to end!

My family celebrated my wife's birthday in this amazing home, and it contributed to memories we'll never forget. The location, the property itself, and the amazing service offered to us throughout made the trip special. We especially loved the privacy and views. Waking up to the majestic mountains and sound of the pool fountain were a wonderful way to start each day. Quiet serenity and beauty are words I'd use to describe our visit. We'll be back!

Beautiful and relaxing

This is house is even lovelier than the pictures! I’m the backyard all you can see is landscaping and the mountains behind, you would never know there were houses in other side. The inside decor is modern but still soothing and comfortable. We spent a wonderful five days as a multigenerational family here. It’s so close to hikes, stores, the airport but still feels removed and peaceful. Property management was helpful with check-in. We hope to be back!

Loved it, perfect for a relaxing week!

Beautiful, comfortable home. Loved the high ceilings, all the light coming in, and the stunning design. Great location with gorgeous mountain views. AC worked well even in the extreme heat. Management company staff, especially Michael, were responsive and pleasant. No complaints. Just one suggestion for improvement: The controls for the outdoor fans were confusing and didn't always seem to work properly. Thanks so much! P.S. Our dog liked it too :)

Great, private home!

We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. We really loved how private the backyard was. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much and the home was clean and perfect for our short term needs.

Weekend getaway

House made a great spot for a weekend getaway for three friends. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and view were perfect. Neighborhood is quiet with nice hikes nearby.

Excellent Home and Location

We found Contemporary Dreams to be a lovely place to spend 2 weeks. We very much liked the location because it has wonderful views of the mountains, was a bit away from the hub-bub of downtown, and was near hiking, which was one of the reasons we came to Palm Springs. The home is spacious, comfortable, and relatively well-maintained. The seating area is ample both indoors and out. Very suitable for a group of 4-6 people, as all 3 bedrooms are large and have nice baths. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted with pans, cook ware, plates, silverware, etc. (If you are a serious cook, bring your own knives; theirs are inadequate.) Everything about the home was lovely for a short stay. It was very clean upon our arrival. Renters should be aware that the home is located directly behind a tee of a local golf course. One of the two of us (me) found the noise from the golfers to be a bit of a drag, since we were in such a lovely, quiet, and remote location. If we had any requests (which were minimal), all the Natural Retreats personnel were extremely helpful and expeditious in responding to our needs. For us, if we were to stay longer we would prefer a home with more character and charm. This is a very good rental--but feels very much like a rental property.

Palm Springs Visit

We visited the home in July. The weather was hot but that is expected. The home furnishings are just ok, a bit mis-matched and worn. The Living Room furniture was dirty and needs cleaning. The windows were pretty dirty and full of cobwebs on the uppers. We had crickets visiting us on the interior most of the time! We could never get the media room sound to work.

The Perfect Getaway

We love this home so much that we have made it our annual family trip destination. The home is clean and cared for, the staff is friendly and professional, and the pool is the highlight of our time. The beds are very comfortable and the home is well decorated. Having a garage to park our car out of the heat is a major plus. Cooking meals is a breeze as the kitchen has all the bells and whistles. We enjoy BBQing on the gas grill as well. Waking up and hopping in the jacuzzi is so relaxing. We are a family who works hard but plays harder and this home is the perfect escape for us to be together and relax for a moment. We rarely leave the home, as a matter of fact, as it has everything you will need to hunker down and enjoy.

Comfortable house and good location
