This spacious (1874 sq.ft.), single story, 3BR/2BA, 2 car garage, pool/spa home is centrally located within minutes to famous downtown 5th Ave. restaurants and shopping, as well as nearby white sandy beaches.

The inviting & open design of this home provides the perfect vacation gathering spot for friends and family. Its tastefully decorated main living area offers comfortable seating (75" smart TV & DVD player) with direct access via sliding glass doors to the imdupressive outdoor space. The layout boasts a split bedroom floor plan housing a King size bed in the primary bedroom with 32" flat screen TV w/DVD player, and en suite bath (dual sinks, soaking tub, walk in shower, & private water closet) on one side of the house. King size bed (w/23" flat screen TV) & Queen size bed (w/32" flat screen TV/DVD player) are located in each of the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. There is a guest/hall bath with tub/shower combo located between the two guest bedrooms. Plenty of guest linens and towels provided as well. (Laundry room off garage with full size washer/dryer).



This stunning home also sports a private, in-ground, (electric) heated swimming pool & spa with spacious pool deck and screened lanai with breathtaking lake views. There's a covered outdoor area that provides a 55" Smart TV for viewing from the pool, patio dining, or from the cozy conversational seating area.



Owners have generously provided an assortment of pool floats & noodles, pool float pump, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, & beach chairs for guest use. There's also a brand new 5 burner gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure, two bicycles w/helmets, & bike chain/lock for guest use.

Owner will consider only one dog no more than 40lbs- $20/Night Fee + $500 Additional Security Deposit Required (Pet fees will be collected after booking).

*Briarwood property owners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).

If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

The weather was great for the beach & outdoor dining. Our "home" was located so we could easily drive to everywhere we wanted to go in 20 minutes or less. It was very relaxing sitting in the jacuzzi & enjoying the quiet. We were very pleased with our accommodations.

Wonderful, peaceful home equipped for Sr Citizen's with mobility issues. Grab bars in showers, 4 wheel walker in the garage for guests use. Peaceful neighborhood in gated community. Dog friendly (our daschund loved it). Great pool, lanai areas with grill, out door TV, whirlpool, lounges etc. Cleaning service available for long term rentals.

Naples stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Briarwood in Naples, Florida this past February. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe. The house we stayed in was nice. When we got there, we were thrilled to find the house spotless. That included the garage floor! Very impressive. Especially because I’m a neat/clean freak myself. We feel very fortunate to have found such lovely spot on vacationing in Florida.

Wonderful vacation in Naples, Fla.

My husband and I along with our Canines Companion for Independence puppy stayed at 1490 Vintage Lane in the Briarwood Community, Naples, Florida. The house was nicely appointed, very clean, with a great view of rhe lake. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, and glassware. Pots and pans were all in excellent condition and the appliances seemed quite new and also spick and span! The master bedroom and bath were spacious with plenty of closet space. The bedroom was very comfortable and relaxing. The development is situated in a great area of the city. It was very easy to get around from there. We also enjoyed just walking the neighborhood. It's all so well maintained and the people we met were all very friendly. The only regret we had was that we were only there a week. We would definitely stay two next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home and would definitely rent here again! The home was very clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. Everything was also available for a trip to the beach. We have stayed in Briarwood many times in the past and we were very happy that the automated system to advise the gate had been updated for deliveries and guest arrivals. Anyone will absolutely love staying here!!!

TLC needed for this nice house

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the Briarwood neighborhood, and have found it to be a peaceful, convenient and beautiful vacation spot. Unfortunately, this house is in serious need of some TLC. The iron content in the water has left a dark ugly line of rust on the bottom 1/3 of the house. The front doors need paint and they are scratched and rusted. Some of the kitchen cooking utensils and frypans need to be replaced. The carpeting in the master bedroom is badly worn and soiled. There was pet hair from previous guests throughout the house. The large palm tree in the front yard is dead and has no foliage. The beach umbrellas were both broken, as was the toaster oven. BOTH WERE REPLACED QUICKLY, THANK YOU! I regret having to write a negative review, but I feel that I could not rent this house again until these issues are addressed. It is a shame to let such a nice property get run down.

The lawn irrigation system is serviced by well water, which contains iron. The sprays from the sprinkler heads obviously reach the house. We've had it treated and it continues to return, just like the other neighbors homes. We simply have not had the opportunity during the busy peak season for a "retreating"; as it's a bit of a process. The front door painting is also on the "off season" maintenance to do list. The large palm tree in the front yard is the responsibility of the community, not the home owner. Having said all of this, I have no idea how any of these particular items could have impacted your stay. I could understand a potential buyer pointing out issues of this nature.....but not a renter. As for the mention of needing to replace cooking utensils and frypans, I'm a bit surprised you didn't mention this to me during our text or email communication during your stay. Those would have been supplied as promptly as the toaster and the beach umbrella. I actually checked the fry pans not long ago to determine if any replacements were needed, but didn't notice any issues at that time. The bedroom carpet is not badly worn; as it's only a couple of years old. Again, if there were any cleaning issues of any kind, I'm perplexed as to why you didn't reach out and provide an opportunity for us to rectify the situation. We pride ourselves in providing an open line of communication with all of our guests. The fact that you felt compelled to instead write a negative review after the fact tells me that you're not regretful at all. Let me also clarify that this property is absolutely not rundown. It is a shame that you elected to go this route versus share your grievances while in the home. We would much prefer to have had the opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable. A lovely home!

This month long stay was appreciated by a large group of family members...husband, sister, two sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren--all at different times, of course. The manager--Tammy, and handyman--Vince, were very responsive to the few problems we had and even installed high locks on the pool doors so we didn't have to worry about our toddlers. Everything was supplied from the well-stocked kitchen to linens and towels...even big beach towels! The gated-community was quiet and lovely and we enjoyed bike-riding (bikes also provided!) around and to the community tennis/pickleball courts...in great condition! Overall, we were very pleased!!

Communication is excellent. The home has a great patio and pool. Kitchen is nice and has everything you need. Some minor updating / modernizing is needed to consider this a 5 star. Overall very enjoyable and we would rent this home again.

Great house!

This house is great, we had a wonderful week. The only drawback was that it does need to be a little cleaner with cleaning supplies available. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great family getaway

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Quiet, safe, and pleasant neighborhood in a wonderful vacation area. Stayed for our spring break and absolutely loved it. Close to the beaches with enough distance to give a quiet, relaxing sanctuary by the pool in the evenings. The house had everything we needed as a family of five.

Just got home after two weeks in Naples at this great house. The set up was perfect for us and Tammy could not have been more responsive and helpful. We had no major issues but she answered questions without delay. Briarwood is a quiet neighborhood, just perfect for bike riding, walking or running. Cars are very respectful of pedestrians! Only 10-15 minutes to downtown Naples or the beach. We will be back!!

Great property. One BIG problem.

We stayed here for four weeks in June/July. Overall the property was exactly as described, and gave us a memorable time with our family. The house offered lots of space for the kids/us to hang out, play, swim, cook, work and live. Community is very quiet and safe. The rental agency has a detailed binder of everything you need to know about the neighborhood, house, pool and local area. The property manager is quick to respond to questions/concerns via text. Overall the house is great. There are a few things that could use fixing/updating, but nothing that will prevent you from enjoying your stay. The large bathtub and open shower in the master bath was nice for managing our children’s showers, etc. The kitchen was fine, but didn’t have much by way of cooking utensils; we had to buy a few things ourselves. The pool and landscaping are well maintained, quiet and relaxing. I can’t express how much we loved this space. We spent most of our time out here, from morning coffee to evening drinks. There is also a small table and four chairs that we used for outdoor dining and day-time needs. Working and managing the heaters, pumps and jets was easy, with clear instructions in the binder, as well. The grill worked for us only once or twice, and getting it to light was not easy (we had to use an actual lighter). The grate was also rusty, so we had to buy a grill pan to put over it to keep our food from touching the rust. This house has a roach problem. We first encountered the problem upon arrival, seeing a large roach on the ceiling of the master bath, so we left and stayed at a hotel. We were reimbursed for this cost. The property manager sent out a pest company to spray and said that it was normal for the area, but the problem should be taken care of. Upon returning to the property, we found multiple roach traps, and over the course of the next week and half found multiple dead and living roaches, and roach droppings. There were roach traps in the master bath, and droppings under both bathroom sinks, as well as in a few other areas. We were consistently told that this was normal, and that we were overreacting. We called a pest control company on our own, and were assured that this is NOT normal. We asked the property manager if they had another home available, but they said they did not. So, ultimately, we were stuck there, and made the best of it.

Great Place! Would book it again for sure! A few observations...

I love the Briarwood neighborhood. Just a few minor tweeks needed. The cookware was not clean and had to be re-washed prior to use. The toilet in the master bath took a long time to refill after flushing. It should actually be replaced with a "comfort height" elongated toilet that uses less water. One of the drawerfronts in the kitchen came off in my hand. Grill utensils were not adequate. Key code system on front door was extemely difficult to see. Numbers / letters hard to read. I only offer these criticisms to be helpful to the owner. I would DEFINITELY book this property again

Excellent stay at a great property

My husband and I spent a month at this vacation home from Jan 15 to February 15. The home itself was perfect, large open living space , big heated pool and spa, 3 large bedrooms and the master suite was very big with a large bathroom. Home was clean, and it was VERY well stocked. I had brought hair dryer, beach towels, a few kitchen items I didn’t expect...but didn’t need them. They provided bikes and pool toys as well. The A/C and heat were terrific, which matters, quick to cool, quick to heat. The internet was screaming fast, VERY important to us and the TVs in all rooms were great. Tammy is the most responsive person we’ve ever dealt with, and we VBRO frequently. She immediately responded to every text and if we needed something it was done. Noproblems at all throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property.

Could write a 1000 words on how nice our stay was here at this home in Briarwood. It was well stocked: kitchen, linens including beach and pool towels. Exceptional view. Very clean, bright sunny location. Easy to get to all that Naples offers. Tammy was so available for the couple issues we needed to contact her for, check in could not have been easier. Thank you for a great respite from our cold rainy spring up north.

Great home.

We had a very comfortable and fun stay at Briarwood. Well supplied kitchen, beach towels, bikes, etc. The home is beautiful the minute you walk in when you look out at the pool with the lake behind it. Any issues we had which were very minor, Tammy was available to take care of. We loved the area, also. Easy to get to all that Naples has to offer.

Enormously enjoyed the pool and spa. Well laid out and spacious living room and dining room. Slept like a log which is my criteria for how comfortable are the beds. View of lake including ducks is very relaxing and makes you feel you are in the country.

Quiet location in walkable neighborhood

House is spacious with a smart floorplan. Everything you need is on one floor with a central gathering place that leads to the pool. Walkable neighborhood which is gated. Used tennis courts, which were close. House could use a coat of paint internally and updated linens. Kitchen was mostly well-stocked with few exceptions. Not new by any means and while it could use an update, was still comfortable and roomy. Hot tub in pool has 4 jets and worked fine until the night before we went home. Mentioned to management company next morning on way out and they were right on it to make sure it worked for next guest. Management company replied right away leading up to the visit to answer any question we had. Was easy to deal with.
