Discover Pacific City, the gorgeous beaches, the Nestucca River, but still feel right at home. Tucked away in the Nestucca Ridge Subdivision is the Nestucca Ridge House. 3 bedrooms, a pullout sofa, 2-1/2 bath traditional cedar sided home. The heart of the home is on the second level with an open floor plan that draws your eyes upward to the beautiful wood planked ceiling. The living area has plenty of room to stretch out and a gas fireplace for warmth and convenience with a Roku tv. Fully stocked kitchen with a four burner gas range and electric oven.
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an on-suite Outside deck for sitting with BBQ. The lower level houses 2 guest bedrooms, a pullout sofa, a full bath and a more casual den with another Insignia smart tv for streaming.

Extra table seats 4 on level used as dedicated work space or a family puzzle/game night

The Nestucca Ridge Subdivision has walking trails through green spaces to stretch your legs and look for wildlife. Pacific City is exciting in every season. So get a good night's sleep and wake to remember that the beach is only 5 blocks away.

Pet fee is $50 plus lodging taxes per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house unless in a kennel.

Delightful property to stay in. It rained a bunch while we were there, but the roominess made it pleasant just the same. We watched Goonies within spittin' distance of Goonies Rock.

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. 3 minute drive to the beach entry and shops. Deer walked through the area. Comfortable home. The cleaner was rude as she arrived to clean.

Hi Ron, Thank you for staying with. I was there with the cleaner. And you were 30 minutes late for check out. Even after we asked you nicely to please vacate the property you still didn’t leave. After the third time of asking, you finally departed but very slowly. We were 45 minutes lates on our housekeeping. Sorry for any frustration you had with us but we were ver t nice. We only have five hours to clean the home before other guests check back in. Every minute counts. We advise you well ahead of time of when check out time is. Sorry for any inconvenience Thanks again Katie

Great For Family

Nice separated spaces for a variety of ages. Close to beach, coffee shop, and Pelican's Pub. Slightly small kitchen for the size of the house, but workable. Beautiful trails to walk your dog practically just outside the door. Master Bath not as clean as I would like, but overall the place was clean and spacious, with all the right amenities.

The house was nice overall, but definitely not set up for senior citizens. This needs to be made more apparent in the description. Also, both TV's were not normal, one a raku where you need to know your passwords, also needing to be spelled out in the house description and the other for dvd's only. The showers are both in tubs and there are not skid marks in the tubs or bars to hold onto to help you get out. Using soap provided make the bottom of the tub so slippery it was hard to get your feet under you without falling.

Nice house but needs updating & maintenance.

My stay was very good. There were somethings that I feel need mentioning. The white towels are not white and should be bleached. The carpet, especially downstairs should be taken out. It does not seem clean and sand and other things are constantly being brought in. The bedroom window screen had a big hole in it and I couldn't leave the window open. I did want bugs coming in. Other than those few things, I enjoyed the house, especially, the location.
