Spacious first floor flat with garden and pool at great value. Nice and safe location at fluvial, with high quality amenities. Enjoy the mountain views from the balcony and sunset drinks from the front terrace. It comes with 1 private carpark. There is a dedicated work station. All rooms have ACs, ceiling fans and TVs. Fluvial is an upscale neighbourhood with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. Las Glorias beach, the cruise terminal and “el Malecon” are only a quick ride away.
