This charming and beautifully renovated 2 bedroom condo is located in the Futura Yacht Club community at mile marker 88.5 on the bay side in Islamorada.
This affordable condo comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining area, large living room and a balcony with great views of the community's two tennis courts. There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Convenient amenities, and a range of comforts like WiFi, washers/dryers located on each floor, central AC & heat. Dockage, boat ramp and boat trailer parking may be available for a fee.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Boat slips are $200/week, $250 holiday. Insurance is required. Futura also charges $50 for boat and $150 for trailer storage - payable at check in
4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.
Check out is 10am Leave gate cards on the dining room table when you depart.

The Condo was comfortable and beautifully decored and room with 3 beds bigger than expected. 1 issue door lock had issues took a bit to figure out how to make it lock and unlock.

Clean condo, great location

The second bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the photo, but it was sufficient and worked for our three kids. The laundry room is shared at the end of the floor, but this condo is very close to it, and the eleven’s trash chute. The seasonal residents were so very friendly. We played pickleball in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. The views of the ocean are breathtaking.
