Charming House In Provence With Private Garden.


This very cute provencal house is 10 minutes away from Vaison-La-Romaine.

There's 1 bedroom with a bed for 2, a second bedroom with 2 separated bed and a convertible sofa in the living room (for a 5th guest). There's a large living room with a TV and a separated kitchen.
1 bathroom with a very large shower cabin and a washing machine. Good to know : you have to go through the room with the 2 singles bed to have access to the bathroom/wc.

Internet is also included.

You will have your own very nice private garden with a beautiful view of seguret's mountain - and there is also a grill outside provided !

You'll have your own private access to the house and a garage to store your bike for example.

From this lovely house, you are 15 minutes away by walk from the river "L'ouvèze" and 20 min away by car from the world-famous "Mont Ventoux" !
You will have a lot of wonderful walk and bike ride to do in this area...

Wonderful property surrounded by vineyards

We spent a month at the property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Julie is a great host and responded quickly to any requests. Location is close to wonderful restaurants and opportunities for tastings of wine and olive oil. Very private garden was lovely on the hot summery days. Strongly recommend. I don’t think you will be disappointed

Séjour très agréable au coeur du vignoble de Séguret

Bien que proche de l'axe routier, la propriété est, comme l'indique l'annonce, très au calme, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Nous avons échangé avec Julie, la propriétaire très ouverte et à l'écoute sur les quelques points qui nous semblent susceptibles d'être améliorés.

Le temps n’était pas au rendez-vous mais la faute à pas de chance. Pas d’hôte à l’ accueil mais par téléphone. Literie impeccable mais propreté générale moyenne. Maison isolée. Besoin de voiture pour tous les déplacements. Néanmoins, beaux villages aux alentours.

Très jolie maisonnette avec jardin clos où vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule (et un garage si vous venez avec vos vélos). La décoration est zen ; les pièces sont spacieuses. Le plus : l'accueil est chaleureux.

Julie et son compagnon sont des hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et très réactifs quand des petits problèmes se présentent, tels qu'une panne de chauffage, qu'ils ont heureusement pu résoudre rapidement. La maison est bien située, agréable. Seul petit bémol: il faut passer par la chambre à 2 lits pour aller dans la salle de bains/WC. Un conseil donc: privilégier cette chambre pour des enfants, qui ont en général le sommeil plus profond!

Bonjour, je suis heureuse de savoir que vous avez passé un bon moment dans notre maison en famille. Néanmoins je tiens à préciser que nous étions dans l'attente de la livraison de gaz, pour la chaudière, qui s'est rallongé d'une journée supplémentaire et il n'y a pas vraiment eu de panne car c'était uniquement le thermostat qui s'était déréglé. Sans doute y avez vous touché sans faire exprès. Mais nous avons fait en sorte que vous soyez toujours au chaud :-) Pour les toilettes je comprend parfaitement et dans un futur proche nous en ajouterons une supplémentaire !

Sympathisch, freundlich, ruhig, - einfach: provencalisch

Sehr netter Empfang mit ebenso einladendem Grundstück. Großzügiges Ferienhaus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Geschmack gestaltet. In der Küche fehlt nichts - außer einer Spülmaschine. Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen, der nicht einsehbar ist und somit völlig familiär genutzt werden kann. Besitzer sind jederzeit zuverlässig erreichbar und helfen bei allen Problemen mit Tipps, Hinweisen und Ratschlägen. Insgesamt für eine Familie - vor allem mit Kindern - spitze. Andere Bewohner dürfen wissen, daß das Bad nur über das zweite Schlafzimmer erreicht wird. Liegt leider etwas abseits vom zugehörigen Ort („nächste boulangerie nicht zu Fuß erreichbar“)
