Hi Melissa! I apologize for you all thinking more beds, we had the 2 queen beds & twin bed all in the property description and photos. Please reach out anytime anything is in question. If we knew of this situation, we would have brought some temporary beds down as well. We just didn’t know. Hope they had a great time at the distilleries!
Great location to downtown. House was decorated beautifully. Large bedrooms upstairs and having 2 bathrooms very nice. Stocked very well. Couldnt have asked for more. Great communication and references for our stay. Would book again.
This is a very nicely updated house with all the comforts of home at your fingertips. I could have only brought clothing, all other amenities and toiletries were provided. This property is very close to many attractions in Frankfort making it extremely convenient for exploration around town. The host was very responsive to my questions/needs. I will stay here in the future on return trips.
The house was charming. It was nicely outfitted with everything a traveler might need. The house was located within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove a short distance to tour the Buffalo Trace distillery. The tour was fun and informative. We spent 3 nights in Frankfort and had a lovely time. The hosts were very welcoming and provided information about the a town and what there was to see and do in the area.

Thank you for your kind words! Thank you all so much for taking great care of the house & we are so happy you had a great time in Frankfort!
The hosts of this house really did think of everything an out of town guest would need. There’s a coffee bar, ice packs, towels everywhere, games for the whole family and access to tv and WiFi. And cannot say enough good things bout this house and the hosts. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the 4th of July in town and even offered to bring a high chair for the kids.

My wife and I take care of this property on our own. Military Veterans, who love dabbing into the Real Estate Market. My wife has been a property manager for 30 years and when we renovated this home, we wanted to share it and meet others. My wife was born and raised in Frankfort & I have been all over the world traveling in the military.
Why they chose this property
Picture yourself strolling beneath shaded trees along historic brick sidewalks, passing stately old storefronts, getting caught up in old bookstore or antique gems, pausing for a hot coffee or a tall ice cream cone, walking along the Kentucky River and watching riverboats float by.
Downtown offers a charming blend of historic architecture, Riverfront Energy, and Community warmth! Our home is close to the Old State Capitol (1830), the New State Capitol, multiple distilleries, museums, cultural landmarks, and has quaint small town charm of cafes, shops, and a vibrant dining scene. What we enjoy the most about our neighborhood is how the Kentucky River borders downtown and its scenic views. We love how you can walk down St. Clair Street and hear local musicians playing or sitting out on the sidewalk enjoying a meal. It just has a that small town relaxing genuine feel to it that we love!
