Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Alles war super – das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos und sehr freundlich.Ein Hinweis für künftige Gäste: Das Haus und das umliegende Gelände mit seinen Nebengebäuden sind nicht barrierefrei und daher für Menschen mit Handicap leider nicht geeignet.We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great – the house was clean, well equipped, and in a beautiful location. Communication with the hosts was smooth and very friendly.A note for future guests: the house and the surrounding property with its outbuildings are not barrier-free and therefore not suitable for people with disabilities.

Diesen Urlaub haben wir genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Größe des Grundstückes und die Sauberkeit der Außenanlage waren super. Im Haus ging es dann weiter. Vier Toiletten und zwei Duschen sind vorhanden. Bei sechs Personen auch nötig. So musste niemand warten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Sape und seinem Sohn war hervorragend. Der Pool im aussenbereich ist groß genug und eine wunderbare Sache für eine Abkühlung. Die Fische waren uns auch wohlgesonnen. Schöne Barsche und Hechte haben wir gefangen. Von denen auch einige in der Pfanne gelandet sind. Manche Sehenswürdigkeiten waren etwas weiter entfernt. Aber es gab auch genügend in der Nähe, wenn man richtig gesucht hat. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub für uns. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal gewesen, dass wir unseren Urlaub dort verbracht haben.

Das war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir waren mit 6 Personen da. Das Haus ist mit Zugang zum See und eigenem beheizten Pool. Wir hatten noch das Ruderboot gemietet und eigene Standup Paddel dabei. Örebro ist ca. 30 km entfernt.

Einfach Großartig!

Wunderschönes Anwesen in großartiger Natur! Viele verschiedene Vögel (u.a. viele wilde Gänse, die jeden Morgen nach Sonnenaufgang auf dem See gelandet sind), viele Ecken die man entdecken kann (auf und außerhalb des Grundstücks, auch auf dem See). Dazu ein wunderschön und vielfältiges Haus mit einem historischen sowie einem etwas modernerem Teil. Wir haben die Zeit hier geliebt!

Toller Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlich schönem Haus!

Es war wunderschön im Haus am See. Das Haus, der Garten, der See und der Pool. Dann die wunderschöne Umgebung und fast unberührte Natur waren ein Traum! Wir hatten einen sehr entschleunigenden Urlaub. Den Kindern hat es gut gefallen und sie waren zufrieden und beschäftigt. Damit war es auch für uns Erholung pur. Danke an Carl und seine liebe Frau!

Perfekte Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, auch Regentage konnten wir sehr genießen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und waren bei Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten hilfreich.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war toll, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage am See ist herrlich und Entschleunigung pur. Der Strom, das Boot und die Endreinigung sind extra zu zahlen, dies könnte in der Anzeige noch erwäht werden (wir wurden aber kurz vor Beginn des Urlaubs darüber informiert). Insgesamt ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden wiederkommen.

Besonderes Anwesen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem besonderen Haus mit unseren 2 Kindern verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter wechselhaft war, waren wir oft mit dem zugebrachten Aluminium-Boot mit Benzinmotor auf dem See unterwegs. Der Pool war ~22‘C Wassertemperatur erfrischend. Nach dem Schwimmen konnte man herrlich rund herum uneinsehbar entspannen. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Im großzügigen Haus verteilen sich die vielen Zimmer auf 3 Etagen. Alles war liebevoll hergerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Carl für die sehr gute Betreuung.

Wunderschönes Haus an toller Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ist aussergewöhnlich möbliert. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Thema. Ganz besonders haben wir den Swimmingpool und die Ausflüge auf den See genossen. Vielen Dank an Carl für den persönlichen, herzlichen Empfang. Wir werden die ruhigen Stunden am See vermissen.

Schwedenuröaub wie im Film

Die Lage dieses Hsuses ist einmalig. Jeden Morgen im See schwimmen und dann auf einer der Terrasse frühstücken mit einem Blick auf Garten und Wasser, einfach unbeschreiblich.

First house we ever returned to

This was our second stay in this beautiful house in its fantastic location, and we were just as happy as the first time we stayed here. It was so nice to see the house and local surroundings in the early summer season (previously it was the end of winter when we stayed). The big advantage of the season change was the availability of the pool, which was much enjoyed.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Carl Sape und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die für einen rundum sorglosen Urlaub sorgen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, was in Ferienhäusern ja nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Die direkte Lage des Hauses am See ist traumhaft und auch bei Eis und Schnee ein Erlebnis. Der See war dick zugefroren und somit lange Spaziergänge auf dem Eis und Schlittschuhlaufen möglich. Danach konnte man die Sauna erst richtig genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Dieses Haus am See ist wundervoll. Bei nicht ganz so gutem Wetter fühlt man sich in den gemütlichen Zimmern richtig wohl, bei Sonnenschein sind die Aussicht, der Pool, der See und nicht zuletzt die traumhaften Terrassen einfach ein schwedischer Sommerhaustraum.

Location location location!

The location of this property cannot be faulted, it is glorious. And the house itself maximizes your ability to appreciate the location with spectacular windows looking out over the lake. The house is partly very old and modern, both parts are very nice and decorated in a lovely fashion. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owners were very forgiving over our two accidental breakages. The open fire place in the living room was great too. Anyone familiar with Sweden knows that April weather can be anything and indeed it was, meaning the open fire was used on the days it snowed. The beds were very very comfy. The owners met us at the house for both check in and check out, so there was no need for advance instructions on how the access and leave the property, The only thing I would have liked to known in advance, but didn't, is that the fee for the house does not include cleaning at the end of your stay, or the electricity used. This is good if you want to do the cleaning yourself, but for me, that is not how I want to end a holiday so I always pay for cleaning. I am sure we will go back, the house is too fantastic not to go back!!
