A native of Washington, also lived in New York City (Manhattan & Brooklyn Heights), London, Providence and Houston. Chef, Business Strategy Consultant and former Hotel Manager with high standards for Hospitality. Had always wanted to live in SoCal and when I had the opportunity with work to transfer I chose Redondo; for me the greatest place I've ever lived. Flawlessly sunny and 75 degrees throughout the year. Fun, active people and so close to so much of it!
Why they chose this property
Fell in love with this beach home when we stopped in for an Open House. Location couldn't be better and great neighborhood. Ten minutes to the Ocean (Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach). Gorgeous private backyard. Ocean breeze and clear starry nights. So close to DTLA, Universal, Disneyland, LACMA, Hollywood and great shopping.
