Quick trip to Atlanta for a wedding. The place was great - nice size, well furnished and equipped, a great deck out back. Chip, the owner, was great, making recommendations for local things to do and restaurants to try, and he was very quick to respond to any questions. We had two separate vehicles, so the roadside parking was a little bit challenging but that was very minor. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spacious location in a quiet neighborhood

The host Chip was excellent with making sure we were very well accommodated. The check in and check out process was very simple, and they gave great recommendations for our stay. One of the better stays I’ve had.

We liked the house. If you like a very busy nightlife, it is within walking distance. The parking is not ideal but it worked out. You might have to park a block or 2 away. Road in front of the house is very congested, with only one vehicle able to drive at a time (but 2 way traffic). We got stuck twice (amazon truck and second time a Waymo), and had to go in reverse and turn around. Only issue with the kitchen was we had bought cookie dough and there was not a cookie sheet. Otherwise, house is nice and was quiet at night.

This apartment was the perfect place for me and my husband, 3 adult kids and a 20 month old. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. LOVED that the kitchen had a huge supply of k- cups. That sounds silly I know, however we don’t have a kuerig so it was nice to not have to buy k-cups. The location is great, we walked to the beltline and had lunch at Yeppa, which was wonderful! We walked to the Martin Luther King, Jr. birth home and to his tomb and museum which is just a couple of blocks away. The drive into downtown Atlanta to Mercedes-Benz stadium was not bad.

A group of us came through from Savannah for a whirlwind couple of days as part of a special needs advocacy group meeting with legislators at the Capitol. Shortly after I booked, a big ice storm was forecasted just a day before we were to arrive, and the number of people coming kept increasing from three to four, and eventually to 6. Chip was amazingly communicative, accommodating, and flexible, making sure we had everything we needed, and helping ease our minds about the home being prepped and ready for a growing number of people and assuring us there had been no power/heat loss. He was always quick to respond and great at ensuring our stay was extremely comfortable, My young son and I arrived on the second day and shared the king bed and it was one of the best night’s sleep either of us have had in ages. I would recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in Atlanta for any length of time- only wish we were around long enough to enjoy that fire pit.

This was our first time in Atlanta and we were delighted with the property and the location.Our host, Chip, couldn’t have been more helpful always responding quickly and with some great ideas on where to eat. The house was clean and comfortable and stayed cool in the hot weather. The area is good and best of all is only a 10 minute walk from the beltline with its wide selection of bars and restaurants.
