This is a great place to stay in the Denver area. We had previously stayed at JW Marriott in cherry creek but were frustrated by the lack of cleanliness of the rooms. The unit was clean, convent to shops and restaurants. Perfect for our puppy’s with a nice park across the street.
The listing was just as described! The owner was in regular communication with me, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and to ensure we were comfortable.
The condo was very clean, easy to access, right across the street from a park and a lot of fun restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.
Fantastic one bedroom in the heart of what turned out to be a beautiful part of Denver. Really enjoyed the garage parking, easy check-in process, comfortable bed and pullout couch and balcony for the pup. Access to shops and local dining was great and the park right across the way is a nice touch of nature in the middle of everything. Would rent again!

The property is located right in the middle of a dining/shopping/park neighborhood. We felt totally safe walking around the neighborhood. We'll be back to hang out on the rooftop!
Went to a show at the Oriental, grew up in the neighborhood, was amazed by all the changes! Property was beautiful! All I could have asked for. Loved the walkability of the area, so many choices, would definitely stay there again on my next concert outing in the area.
Very nice property in a very nice neighborhood. My only complaint is the claim that it sleeps 5. To sleep 5, you'd have to put 3 in the King size bed & 2 on the fold out couch. Don't rent this unit thinking you can comfortably sleep a family of 5.
We were so close to all the very best restaurants in Denver! The Tennyson neighborhood offers great options for coffee, lunch and dinner. The rental unit is quiet and very clean. The only issue was the TV in the living room needed to be reset with passwords and accounts, so we used the one in the bedroom and let the rental company know, not a big deal. We hope they got it fixed before the next renters. I highly recommend the bakery downstairs and the Mediterranean restaurant down the street, best I have ever had.
This one bedroom place in Berkeley Hotel was perfect. Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family nearby. Better than the pictures. Great kitchen with top notch appliances. We used the huge grills and ate dinner on the rooftop patio one night. Lots of places to eat, drink, walk and shop right outside the door. Check in and check out were very easy. Besides the instructions we never communicated with the owner because we never needed to. Also, absolutely the cleanest building we've ever stayed in.
The location of the property is what made it so special. Yes, the room was nice and clean and beautiful but location location location!!! We loved getting to walk around Tennyson every day to get coffee, go shopping, and get really great food. Everywhere seems dog friendly. The park across the street was a perfect spot to walk our dog. The property is not to be forgotten about— everything was great. The bed was super comfy, there are smart TVs in the bedroom and living room and the kitchen has beautiful appliances. We felt safe here and the parking garage was a great addition to our stay. We never had any issue parking in the garage as there was always at least a few open spots. If you stay here, be sure to check out Allegro coffee, Cherry Pie Co., Denver Biscuit Co., and the pet store (if you have a pet!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again! We had an excellent stay, everything was 😌 brand new! I prepare all My meal so it was in credibly important to have a fully stocked kitchen there was nothing that I needed that had not been provided top-of-the-line William Sonoma products Viking gas range stove and high end appliances. It was quiet in the evening the roof top deck for outdoors living was an amazing site with 360 panoramic views of Denver’s Rocky Mountains ⛰, beautiful park directly across the street shops dining in grocery stores all within 5 mile radius walking distance. I had limited interaction with the host so no feedback there. That would only have been icing on the cake. The very first level of the building looks like it’s still under construction. The unit actually felt a little smaller than it looked online but it totally was accommodating for me and three children ranging in age 8 to 18. I we definitely return if I was going to be in Denver ultimately we travel to Aspen for skiing ⛷ Because Denver it is a state where marijuana is legal definitely smelled marijuana doing the lake parts of the night but was not disrupted by any of the patriots.
