The villa’s modern design and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming vibe for your stay. Whether you're visiting for leisure or work, this is your ideal home away from home!
Living Room:
The spacious, open living room is filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the private backyard and pool area. Designed with limestone tile floors and a contemporary aesthetic, the space is ideal for gatherings, offering ample seating, custom lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a 75-inch Smart TV for relaxed movie nights or casual entertainment.
Kitchen:
This gourmet kitchen is a highlight of the home, designed with quartz countertops, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, and high-quality custom cabinetry. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry for storage and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Full Property Access: Guests are allowed to use all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as patios or gardens.
Other things to note:
- Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible. The cost is $200 - as early as available (must be confirmed with our customer service).
You will be able to purchase this option through our guest portal.
- Need a little more time? If available, we offer 2 extra hours for $200. Must be requested at least 1 day prior to check-out.

- A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
- Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to prevent A/C problems and protect the furniture from humidity
