This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is spacious, well stocked, and situated in a perfect location. Walk about 10 minutes to Dock Square to indulge in Old Vines Wine Bar, Mornings in Paris Cafe, The Clam Shack, and more! The outside is perfect for your vacation. Play cornhole in the back yard, eat dinner on the back deck, or unwind by the fire pit on the back patio. Inside you will find a kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, 1 bedroom, and a first floor en-suite bedroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft with a pull out queen sofa bed. The walk out basement has a ping pong table and arcade games!

Immaculate and comfortable and well-appointed.

Stayed with our family if 11 for Prelude and had the most lovely time. Everyone was comfortable and there was good space for everyone . Kitchen contained all the essentials Paige, our contact,,was very responsive to any questions. Very nice stay at a clean house in a very good location. We will return.

Perfect space to reconnect with friends and enjoy the Maine coast.

We had an amazing stay at this Kennebunk home for a long weekend getaway with college friends. The house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially loved the amenities—the fire pit was perfect for evenings under the stars, and the recreation room kept us entertained when we stayed in. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to do in town and just a short drive to the beach. Overall, this was the perfect spot for our trip, and we’d be happy to come back again!

You can't beat the location -- you're a short walk (and even a shorter drive) to adorable downtown Kennebunkport and all the cute shops, restaurants, and cafes. Everything felt so accessible and convenient. The house is secluded and private, and we loved sitting outside on the back deck. Also appreciate that there's an option to grill or build a fire. The house is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. We were also grateful to have beach chairs and towels provided. I'm so glad we found this gem, and I can't wait to come back with my family and kids. Thanks!
