This unique place has a style all its own. One flight of stairs takes you back to the fun of mid-century modern decor in this basement unit. Fully renovated in 2024. Highlights include tiled walk-in shower, custom kitchen, open concept living and dining. Utility room with folding station, washer and dryer. You may occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs guests. Beautiful grounds surround our home. Free wi-fi with excellent upload and download speeds. A few short blocks from Tumwater HS! Minutes from I-5. SeaTac airport 1 hr away. 1 hr 25 min: east to Paradise on Mt. Rainier or west to the beach at Ocean Shores! We look forward to hosting you at our place.
