Stylish 2-bedroom condo with mountain views, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The high ceilings lend a volume of space in a flowing layout with two balcony/patios to enjoy the mountain views. Second floor corner unit enjoys quiet and privacy, and steps from the pool. All amenities, including hiking trails, are minutes away. Cook's kitchen has been smartly renovated, including a pantry, with new appliances and cabinetry: fully equipped and waiting for a wonderful meal to be made. Flooring throughout is the latest green product -- marmoleum -- lending an up-to-the-minute vibe to the unit. Main bedroom includes desk and work area; second bedroom can be used either as a bedroom or additional sitting area -- just let us know which you'd like. o cleaning fee or extra to worry about. Plenty of guest parking. Central location is very close to grocery shopping, gas, hiking, restaurants and everything else fabulous Palm Springs has to offer. 30-day minimum stay as per HOA and city rules. Early and late check-in are considered on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
