The penthouse was amazing and perfect for our family trip. Great location which made exploring the city easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful unit in the Old Montreal area. It was spacious and clean. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. We will come back.

Nice space and great location; however upon arrival I notified our host that our assigned parking place was covered with broken glass and his response was this is an issue in Montreal and that there are security cameras. We had to walk back to the apartment and get a broom and sweep the spot ourselves. No offer to have it addressed! In the apartment itself there were very limited supplies, no paper towels, no kleenex, no dish towels or dishwashing liquid. But most disturbing of all is all of the bathrooms had a serious amount of mold present. Like they had never been cleaned, and there were paint chips falling from the ceiling. One of the windows facing the street had no covering so lights from the street were present all night making it difficult to sleep. I have never had such a bad experience when renting an unit. And to have these issues with the very high rental fee is crazy. I typically don't write reviews but I would just like to save someone else from this experience This was very disappointing to say the least.I have attached pictures of some of the filth.

First the good - AMAZING walk to everything location, location, great space for our group of 6 on a girls trip, comfortable beds. Communication before arrival was great. They gave us a slightly later check out with helped with our later flight times.The not so good - the floors were very dirty - our white socks turned black on the bottoms. There were very few lamps and 2 didn't work. The overhead lights were missing many bulbs and the unit is very dark so this coupled with next to no lamps was tough. We let the host know this the first night but it was not remedied. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. The showers had moldy caulk. One bathroom did not have any hot water (sink and shower). Very few towels with no extras provided. The kitchen is very sparsely "stocked" so don't plan on cooking a full meal there. Many surfaces were coated in dust. The dryer didn't really work.
