Friend and family shirt stay

We stayed here for the weekend prior to jumping in a Disney cruise. We also visited the Kennedy space center. Super close to the beach and short drive to everything we wanted. Very spacious and comfortable stay for our group. Highly recommend to all. We even got to watch ships daily and saw a rocket launch.

Fantastic! Barbie Condo House

My friends and I who stayed have nicknamed the property Barbie Cocoa Beach Condo. It was cute, so spacious and great for our group. We had fun exploring and seeing what was behind all the various doors. The elevator was a nice surprise for those of us on the top floor. We will totally stay here again if we are in the area.

Simply the best!

This property was AMAZING and perfect for our large family. We stayed for one night before a cruise, but we all agreed that we want to go back for an extended stay! From the moment we walked through the door, I was struck by how impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed the space was.The living area was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing stay—smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a great kitchen. The bedrooms were equally impressive, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The master bathroom had a spa-like feel with a large shower and bathtub and there was even a washer and dryer, available for use. The kids and dads had a great time playing pool and video games together in the game room. Possibly the best part was having the ability to move our suitcases in and out with an elevator!!The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating during our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!
