Newly built guest house in a great neighborhood. This home has everything you need to live comfortably while on vacation. Fully equipped with full size appliances and a comfortable bed and sofa in the living room and a special treat of an organic orange tree to pick and have fresh oranges during your stay.
Smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. Amazing AC to keep you cool during the California summers.
utilities are additional.
We will be taking a $500 deposit per month booked.
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a $400 flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $119 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guests against damages covered in this policy.
PETS- are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet.
