Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

NON SMOKING 1-Please USED towels and sheets to the top of the washer and dryer. 2- Place trash in trash bag and in gray trash can located in back
3- Please leave AC at 78 Celsius on way out. 4-Turn OFF all fans, lamps/lights before leaving. 4- KEY REMAINS in LockBox at all times
5- Keep all good memories created during stay! They are yours to keep! 6- Come back and visit us again for a 10% discount .

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a stay. Beds were really comfortable and appliances were to top notch. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall very beautiful home, nice neighborhood. There was a miscommunication at check out when the cleaning people come before we were leaving but the quick response from the property owner made it less stressful.

The host was very responsive. The home was beautiful and furnished nicely. Neighborhood was quiet. Overall we would stay here again and definitely refer!!!

Awesome 3 bedroom house

The owner did a wonderful job of completely remodeling this house. It is supplied with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures. This is the perfect house for a family that needs 3 bedrooms. This was a much better option for our situation instead getting 2 hotel rooms for our stay while in Victoria.

Scam

The owner was absolutely impossible to deal with and blamed me for his misunderstanding. Then cancelled my trip. I booked another rental thinking it was a different house but it was the same one. The day of check in minutes before I was heading over he cancelled citing damage from the hurricane. The hurricane didn't even come through this area.
