This cozy ranch-style home is ideally located just 1.4 miles from All Star Village. Nestled in a quiet, flat neighborhood, you'll enjoy peaceful strolls around the block.
Inside, you’ll find the home well-appointed and comfortable.
Outside, you'll find a large backyard complete with a picnic table, covered patio and grill.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the garage.

The house is beautiful, and the kitchen is newly renovated. Walking distance to the gym. Very close to the baseball fields, which is why we were there. We had an excellent stay.

The host was amazing! My mother's pipes froze and it was a complicated fix over multiple days. The host helped check us in that evening. My mom hates to be away from home, but she felt like royalty in the master suite. I love a good Vrbo and this was top notch. I enjoyed the tasteful décor and the great floor plan. It had everything we needed and more! My mom kept raving about how comfortable the home was and she was safe and happy. I can't thank the host enough for helping make a difficult situation better.

Bolton House

This house provided a comfortable cozy stay. We were able to check in early into a clean and welcoming environment. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The house had everything you could possibly think of needing . Sleeping arraignments were comfortable and just right. We stayed for the week while our children played at all star village. The convenience and closeness to the fields was amazing. Also , a lot of deer visitors which I loved. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a visit to Cooperstown or just visiting the town!

We just returned home from our 2-night stay. I think when compared to the hotels, this was a great deal for the value. Each child had their own room, my spouse and I had the master. A full kitchen was great as both children have multiple food allergies. Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The house was comfortable and clean and my kids loved it. The neighborhood was also quiet and clean, yet within 10 minutes of each place I had to go. AND, my family was able to go to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown while I was busy. We had a great time.
