We offer self-guided 24-hour check in! Our home is set up with a Schlage lock electronic key pad entry system. We provide you with a personalized code to enter at the door and you're in. This 4-digit code will be yours to use to access the house for the duration of your stay. It's super easy and no keys to lose.

You will have access to everything–from the coffee to the rooftop deck–we want you to feel like this is your home away from home.

Vernon is one of Portland's hip neighborhoods that is located in close proximity to the Alberta Commercial Corridor, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters and awesome food carts! All you have to do is step outside this apartment and you are STEPS to some of Portland’s best dining, drinking and shopping!

--IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact ammount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.

--IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.
--There are some construction projects that are starting to take place in the neighborhood. We have provided sound machines and ear plugs in case it becomes a bother. As long as they are working within their permitted timeframe, there is nothing we are able to do about this.
--We apologize in advance, but we are firm on our check in and check out times. Unlike hotels we have nowhere to put you while we clean/maintain the property. Please don't ask - we hate having to say no! :)
-- This private flat is NOT wheelchair accessible
-- This house has one full bedroom and one pull-out sofa
-- No smoking in the apartment, please.
-- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $1,000 a day.
-- We have a three-night minimum on the weekends.
-- Please take all perishable items with you. They beckon bugs and critters!
-- Spring and summer is sugar ant season in Portland - please do not leave food on the counters for long!
-- Portland recycles! And we compost, too! Upon departure, please sort through your recyclables (blue bin), compost (green bin), trash (grey bin) and glass (yellow bin) items accordingly.
-- No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the well-being of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!
