Your Home from Home Studio: Front Door opens into the Hallway with closets and Shower-Room followed by 2nd Door opening to the Open Plan living/sleeping space where you have the fitted galley kitchen and breakfast counter with ceramic stove, microwave, kettle, airfryer, cutlery, delph, pots/pans etc etc and which continues to the sleeping/living space of 1 double bed & 1 single bed sleeping 3 adults OR 2 adults & 1 child and
the AC (heat & cooling) & Smart TV with remotes etc ..

The Sliding Door opens to the terrace and the Wonderful Seaview you see in the pictures .. This is where you might chillax & watch or listen to the World Sailing by when not roaming about or on the beach or in the sea & taking a stroll or bike-ride on the Promenade ! Pictures are accurate ! It's all pretty much what it says on the tin !!

You'll also find a large communal Residents' lounge off the foyer on the ground floor complete with electric charging facilities for electric vehicles, bicycles, tricycles etc and toilets - keypad password available at Reception ..
The Reception Team will assist you with any emergencies and they will book tours, taxis, bicycles, mobility vehicles etc for you.
Take the Stella Maris business card as you checkin for reference !
The swimming pool entrance is outdoors at The Gastrobar and Reception will advise the keypad code ..
Reception will also give you the key to the “luggage room” which you return to them immediately ..

The Private owned Self-Service Laundry facility is located at the foyer and is very popular providing quick washing and drying facilities at reasonable rates (EU Notes/Bank Card ) - Snacks and water are available at the 'corner store' next door ..
The Gastrobar on the ground floor has it's own unique cuisine and bar and provides indoor, outdoor & takeaway service & picnic type service at the swimming pool hatch (no glass) .. They usually have light music playing or sports on the TV and they have a popular snooker table - coin operated & queue system applies ! ..
The Beach and The Gastrobar also have wifi ..
My Guests *do not* have access to Stella Maris wifi ..
My studio apartment has Wifi-4G unlimited, cable tv and the use of the safe is free ..
Technical service is available via your phone video link re smart TV service ..

o When you settle in, I ask you to vrbo message/text/mail to advise me that everything is satisfactory or not and to take pictures if necessary.
o If anything is not ok or if there is something you require - please tell me immediately via Vrbo, text or email ..
oYour bed is dressed for your comfort on arrival .. additional set of bed linen etc located in the 1st hall cupboard ..
o Your navy shower and green beach TOWELS are stored in the hall cupboard ..
o Green or Blue beach towels also provided with your terrace chairs for your comfort and to protect cushions ..
o In the SHOWER-ROOM: you will find a selection of liquid and solid bar soap; hand sanitiser; toilet rolls; shower-room cleaning products and indoor floor duster and a selection of complimentary toiletries to help get your vacation off to a great start !! ..
oThe SHOWER FLOOR MAT-for your SAFETY-is in the shower cubicle - PLEASE USE IT ! ..
oTowelling FLOOR MATS FOR THE SHOWER-ROOM floor located in the shower-room ..
oPlease note - water pressure in shower and all taps is both very high and VERY HOT - EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE YOU ADAPT TO A SUITABLE SETTING FOR YOURSELF ..

o Single-use tea bags, sugar and salt are provided in the kitchen .. Only single use items or sealed jars/containers/food to be left at the apartment ..

Departure
o As this is a self catering property please clean any spillages in the fridge, on floors etc and advise any stains, damages etc
o please do not replace unwashed crockery in presses/drawers - leave in the sink instead **
o Garbage bags and kitchen detergents for crockery and floors available at kitchen ..
o Please discard all your domestic and general waste eg bottles/glass/cooking oil prior to your departure - skips and recycled bins are located at the side of the hotel on route to Mercadona and recycled bins are provided elsewhere on pavements;
o Main Mercadona Supermarket left out of hotel at Av. Ramón y Cajal & also small Corner Store next door to Stella Maris ..
o Hand Sanitiser, Safe; Hair dryer and miscellaneous items such as batteries, first aid kit available - located in the Hall Cupboard ..
Terrace
o Please do not feed the birds that we love - that is - unless you wish to clean after them ! It is also a Management requirement as unfortunately they can cause damage the terrace ..
o Indoor & outdoor floor mops/buckets and sweeping brush located on terrace .. ( Indoor floor duster located in shower-room)
o Bank ATM outdoors - at the side of Stella Maris and also at Launderette .. Cajasur bank and others and Post Office nearby ..
o Beautiful sandy beach - comfortable beach loungers @ €7 per day which includes free WIFI and public toilets .. Summer hours - loungers @ Playo Manolo open to 2000 !
o Hair and skin care beauty treatments - 5 minutes walking distance - ask Marion for details ..
o Further to España Law please advise your Identification details for Stella Maris Management and your Policia Tourist Registration preferably via Vrbo or email when requested ..
